• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery

3.3 Refunds

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Work completed up to the point of cancellation is generally non-refundable.

• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary content, images, and materials

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Content

Clients retain ownership of all content, logos, and materials provided to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of completing your project.

5.2 Developed Work

Upon full payment, clients will own the final website and custom code developed specifically for their project.

5.3 Third-Party Components

Some projects may incorporate third-party components, plugins, or frameworks that have their own licensing terms. These remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Website Hosting and Maintenance

Unless specifically included in your service agreement, web hosting and ongoing maintenance are separate services with their own terms and fees. We recommend reliable hosting providers but are not responsible for hosting-related issues unless we are providing the hosting service.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. We will correct any defects in our work at no additional charge for a period of 30 days after project completion.

7.2 Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, search engine rankings, or traffic levels.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

11. Portfolio and Marketing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and use it for marketing purposes. We will not disclose confidential information when showcasing our work.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
