When Scott's Opticians reached out to me for a website makeover, I was genuinely excited. They wanted a site that not only looked good but truly represented their dedication to eye care and their array of stylish eyewear. I dove into understanding their brand, spending time with the team to get a feel for what makes them unique in the UK market. It wasn’t just about picking colors and fonts; it was about capturing their friendly, professional vibe and making sure every visitor felt welcomed.

Creating the copy was a fun challenge. I wanted the words to sound natural and approachable, reflecting Scott's commitment to personalized service. From the homepage to the contact section, each piece of text was crafted to speak directly to their customers’ needs and questions. On the design front, I focused on a clean, easy-to-navigate layout that works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile. Choosing the right images was crucial too—I selected high-quality photos that showcased their eyewear collections and the welcoming atmosphere of their stores. Throughout the process, collaboration with Scott’s team was key. Their feedback helped shape the final product into a website that not only looks great but also effectively connects with their audience.
